    Dr. Cyndy Weldon-Lassiter leads Southern Teachers' Equity Division after spending 28 years in independent schools as a teacher and administrator.  Formerly VAIS President and Head of School at St. Andrew’s School, Cyndy received her B.A. and M.T. from VCU, and her Ed.D. in Curriculum and Teaching from Columbia University.
