Fuqua School is seeking an Athletic Director/Head Football Coach to oversee all aspects of the athletic program sponsored by the school. The Head Football Coach will lead our transition into 8-man football. There will be teaching responsibilities associated with this position.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Prior successful management of teams, coaching and teaching experience
Critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills
Time management, organizational, prioritization skills and is detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Fundraising and budgeting skills
Experience developing and supporting student athletes to their full potential
A desire to build a systematic approach program-wide
