The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland is seeking a Director of Residential Life to provide leadership and day-to-day management of its residential life program for boys in grades 9-12. The Director of Residential Life is responsible for all elements of a growing residential program, including program development and implementation, student management and supervision of the residential life faculty. This is a full-time, 12-month position beginning July 1, 2023, and requires the candidate to live in the dormitory as part of the School’s residential community.

Central to the director’s success will be experience in leading and working in a residential life community.  Additionally, the next director will have excellent communication and organizational skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven ability to contribute to all facets of school life.  Candidates will have earned a bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree preferred.  Diversity is a core value of Boys' Latin, and we seek candidates who demonstrate a commitment to equity and inclusion.
