The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland is searching for a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of College Counseling. The successful candidate will thrive in a school where personal relationships are paramount. College counselors are integrated into the community and play a significant role in guiding students through their college search and application process. This is a ten-month position with occasional evening commitments and travel to conferences and college campus visits. Counselor caseload is generally between 35 and 40 students per class.
Bachelor’s degree required with experience working in college, university or college counseling in a school settings.
