We seek a Division Head who will promote our Episcopal ethos of diversity, equity, and inclusion in an interactive, safe, and nurturing environment.  We desire a leader who is committed to middle school education and the challenges and opportunities it presents.  The Division Head will oversee the daily operations of the High School Prep division (grades 5-8), guide and support the faculty in the curriculum, and interface with our families.  The Division Head should be passionate about teaching and interacting with adolescent children and be committed to encouraging a love of learning.  The Division Head must have experience with middle school and have strong organizational skills.  A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
