Our School Equity Assessment includes a broad review of current policies and procedures to define the particular challenges facing your school. We conduct a school visit and document review to identify areas in need of improvement, and offer practical and actionable recommendations to help your school move towards best practices.
An Equity Mentor works with the school’s DEI Officer to understand the issues they are facing, those on the horizon, and what the leader hopes to achieve.
The mentor serves as a safe, confidential sounding-board and provides actionable advice and guidance in real time. The support and consistency provided in this ten-month mentoring program can be more impactful than a conference where participants are flooded with good ideas that are all too easy to forget back at home.
