Acting as a critical friend, our consultant provides you with conversational space. Starting each relationship by listening, the process is based on understanding the issues the CFO is facing and those that are on the horizon. Over a ten-month period, the mentor meets regularly with you to provide timely, relevant, and actionable advice, derived from extensive experience.
