We’ve also used Hogan tools in administrative search and placement for years. Selection Assessment

You may have found it easy to narrow your pool of applicants down to a group of finalists, but choosing between your top candidates isn’t always simple. Our Selection Assessment, based on Hogan tools, is designed to give you perspective on your top three to five finalist candidates and their potential performance at your school.

Confirmation Assessment

You’ve identified your top candidate and you’re almost ready to make an offer, but the stakes for administrative hiring are high. Our Confirmation Assessment draws on Hogan tools to help you evaluate a single candidate. Your school can use this Assessment to confirm your top finalist's fit—and if requested, our consultants can share a development plan with the candidate to aid their addition to your team.
