The Position

ST has refined a strategic process for defining and elaborating the performance objectives of key administrative roles. Through in-depth interviews with the head and administrative team, coupled with comprehensive surveys of faculty and other stakeholders, our expert consultants identify and articulate the specific objectives for the new administrator.

Leveraging our expertise with Hogan Assessment tools, we then translate these objectives into a precise set of competencies essential for success in the role.

The outcome is a practical guide for the head, facilitating the assessment of internal candidates and evaluating their potential for success in the new position.

Simultaneously, the objective, external, and professional format of the process provides a substantial counter to critics.

The Candidate

Next, ST administers the Hogan Assessment to the internal candidate and meticulously analyzes the results.

Our trained staff interprets the results within the context of the leadership framework established in the initial phase. The report provided to the head serves as a strategic guide for evaluating the candidate’s potential for success.

Furthermore, ST offers a comprehensive set of rigorously crafted questions designed for the internal interview process, informed by a deep understanding of the position and the unique strengths the candidate possesses.
