The ST AD Retreat is a space for sitting ADs to come together and learn from our staff and each other as they participate in workshops and conversation to learn, network and hone leadership skills.
Head Coaches and their highly visible sports teams are front-line representatives of the school and its mission. The demands of sustaining top-flight sports programs are convincing many veteran coaches to leave the field. During his 32-year career, Dr. Tim Green has served as a teacher, coach, P.E. Department Chair, and Director of Athletics. His successful record of independent-school athletics leadership includes oversight of teams, coaches, budget development, athletics facilities, mentoring programs, coaching staff evaluations, professional development, and athletics capital improvements.
