Letters of recommendation are a crucial part of your file. References should speak to an applicant’s ability to be a dynamic educator with leadership potential; to be an effective, supportive mentor for adolescents; and to work effectively with parents and colleagues.
Letters written on school or university letterhead are perfectly acceptable, but you may also use an STA reference form. To use this form, first save it to your computer. Next, fill out the form. Finally, save the completed form to your computer.
